Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data RefundSheriff (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what rights you have. RefundSheriff is operated from the Czech Republic. Questions: hello@refundsheriff.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the early-access list or place a pre-order.
• Privacy-friendly usage analytics, aggregate page views and referrers via Vercel Web Analytics. This is cookieless and does not track you across other sites.
• Anything you send us, for example, the content of emails you send.

This marketing site does not connect to your Stripe account. When the live product launches, connecting Stripe is read-only and covered by a separate product agreement.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• Consent, to email you about early access after you join the list. You can opt out at any time.
• Legitimate interest, basic, aggregate analytics to understand what works.
• Contract, to fulfil a pre-order you place.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the site, our hosting/analytics provider (Vercel) and our email/form provider, who process it on our behalf.

International transfers

Some providers are based outside the EU/EEA (for example, the United States). Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until we decide not to launch, whichever comes first.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to its use. Email hello@refundsheriff.com and we’ll action it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ).

We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
