Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe being early. This policy covers founding / pre-order purchases and, later, paid subscriptions.

Pre-orders & founding plans

Any pre-launch or founding payment is fully refundable at any time before the product is delivered to you. Email hello@refundsheriff.com and we’ll refund 100% to your original payment method, no questions asked.

After launch

Once you have access to the live product, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, whose billing terms also apply.

How to request

Email hello@refundsheriff.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
