By using this website or joining the RefundSheriff early-access list, you agree to these terms. RefundSheriff is operated from the Czech Republic.
What RefundSheriff is
RefundSheriff is a tool, currently in pre-launch, that helps sellers on Stripe score refund and chargeback requests for abuse risk and assemble chargeback-dispute evidence. The dashboard on this site is a demo running on sample data; the features described are the product we are building, not a guarantee of present functionality.
Early access
Joining the list means we may email you about launch and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
No warranty
The site and any pre-launch access are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site, no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access, and no unlawful use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or pre-launch service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
